What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.
Each unit has 2 bays for parking
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

Great property in perfect location
Simone - 8th October 2023Number 51 sea Front estate is a brilliant little property. It has three good size bedrooms, a great open plan living area/dining/kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry. We loved being able to sit out in the back patio and being able to watch our kids have a ball in the pool. Our daughter loved being able to rollerblade all over the place but wishes that she brang her bike too. This unit is in a prime location with the beach out the back and all the shopping and restaurants out the front. 10/10
