Welcome to Unit 29 Seafront Estate, within a stunning complex located right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips, why would you not want to stay here!
With a pool to sit by and relax, a wadding pool for toddlers. The communal BBQ facilities which are perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch. Large grassed areas for the kiddies to run around and have cartwheel competitions, the cool Bali feel gazebos are the perfect position for judging (10/10).

Unit 29 sleeps 6 Guests and the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Singles.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

It also features: Fully Ducted Reverse Cycle Air-conditioning throughout the Unit.

Each bedroom has their own control with the lounge room, dining room and kitchen off the one control. Renovated bathrooms. The main bedroom has a TV. The kitchen has a ceramic cooktop and oven plus a microwave oven and a family sized fridge/freezer. There is also a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player, stereo system including a CD player. The laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer with cleaning equipment. The outdoor entertaining area has a small garden with a 6 seat outdoor setting. This all overlooks the swimming pool, wadding pool for toddlers.

The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars.

A complimentary Bottle of Wine will await you with more than 2 x nights stay! Please notify us prior to arrival of your preferred choice of red or white.

No Wi-Fi at this property.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

A Holiday Rental Agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The Rental Agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests, as well as credit card details & drivers licence number.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties

Fab! Great family setting. Needs some TLC but otherwise good
