This is a beach front townhouse. Magnificent views of the bay and just a stones throw from Dobbyn Park, white sandy beaches and jetty. Just sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful sunsets. There is common use of the pools, BBQ and grassed areas which are for the sole use of guests staying at the complex. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop. Sleeps 6 guests - 2 x Queen beds and2 x King Single beds.

SORRY NO PETS - any breach of this condition will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.
The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars and boats. Each unit has 2 x bays for parking: this will give you parking for 2 x cars or 1 small boat and 1 x car. The unit may take a boat trailer to a maximum of 5 metres with a height restriction of 2 metres approx.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
