Welcome to Unit 45 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a wadding pool for toddlers, communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.

Unit 45 is fully self-contained with air-conditioning to the living area and main bedroom.

This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen & 4 x Singles.

Please note: Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.

What to Bring: All properties are fully self-contained; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

There is No Wi-Fi at this property.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars. This property has Parking for large boat.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

  • Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.

Very nice unit

We stayed for a weekend in May, the unit was very nice, very clean, and pleasant with a nice seaside theme throughout. Close by the beach, short walking distance to shops, restaurants and the pub, and excellent parking to accommodate the two boats we had with us. Towels and all bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets, etc) were included. Great position in Seafront Estate with back facing directly to the barbecues and front facing Sandpiper Street to allow easy boat parking. We have stayed at several Seafront Estate units and this is definitely one of the nicest and most convenient.
