Welcome to Sea Stone located near the marina in Jurien Bay. Watch the Skydivers land and enjoy the view from the rear balcony of this self contained, air conditioned, 2 x storey holiday house. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach or the marina There's a huge reticulated grassed area however it is not enclosed. There is plenty of parking space.
This double story sleeps a maximum 8 guests. Please note the bunk beds will not support adults. The bedding arrangements are 2 x Queens and 4 x Singles.
Gas BBQ provided.
Outside Pets only at this property (Outside Only) but the yard is not fully fenced.
Please note: There is No Wi-FI at this property.
Linen is provided - sheets, towels and bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.
What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

Leigh - 11th April 2021Booked this property through Stayz online. Property was listed and advertised as $178/night but ended up costing $240/night (which I probably should have double checked when I booked, but it could have been advertised better on the website, as well as including the additional $131 for the Stayz booking). The whole house could do with a thorough clean and fumigation. There were cockroaches and baby cockroaches throughout the house, as well as ants nesting behind the fridge in the kitchen. We had to seal and pack all our groceries in our cooler box because it would be crawling in ants if left out anywhere. We took groceries and meat with us to cook meals but there wasn't a big enough pot to cook anything in, only a small saucepan, so ended up having to buy takeaways from Subway or BBQ on our small BBQ we brought with us, as the BBQ provided was filthy. Frying pan in the cupboard was oily and dirty - not washed, as was the oven tray. The oven did not ignite and we were unable to use it. The duvet in the upstairs bedroom was filthy - dirty marks and old coffee stains all over it. The toilet downstairs stank - possibly from the drains. All in all not a pleasant experience and we ended up leaving early. This holiday home is certaiy not worth the price and quite frankly it was a total rip-off.

Andrew - 1st March 2021Found the property with dust on couches on arrival and cobwebs almost everywhere. Kettle rusted and full of scale at the bottom. Useless. Shower head clogged. Ants everywhere. Fly screens filthy. The house is not looked after nor maintained. Disappointing.

All these issues reported to the Real Estate Agency and all we got was "Sorry about that!" The property is definitely not look after and mantained. Definitely not worth the price. Disappointing

Lynn4 - 2nd October 2014Enjoyed our long weekend getaway at the property. Close to IGA. The back yard was massive the kids love playing ball and kicking. A balcony to sit n rest at night.
