Welcome to Jurien Beach Villa, Unit 57 Seafront Estate, within a stunning complex located right in the heart of Jurien Bay.

With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips, why would you not want to stay here. With a pool to relax by, a wading pool for the toddlers, and communal BBQ perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch for tenant use.

Large grassed areas for the kids to run around whilst you sit at the Bbq area with your family and friends having a drink.

Unit 57 is fully self-contained with air-conditioning to the main living area & main bedroom and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

This Unit sleeps 6 guests and the bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen & 4 x King Singles.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that the villa is not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

You will have your own private courtyard.

Please note: No Wi-Fi at this property.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

Note we cannot rent to school leavers or persons under 25 years old.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
