Between Jurien and Leeman there are many excellent spots to take a dip or have a picnic.

Punkin Hollow
Swimming, surfing, beach breaks.

North Head
North of Jurien Bay. The site of Bartles memorial which was erected in memory of the late Robert Murray Bartle. Beautiful rocky bays and beaches suitable for skin diving, snorkelling, surfing and boogie boarding.

Lions Lookout
Offers views of the bay and township (excellent night viewing) locally known as Tank Hill.

Sandy Cape
Beautiful white beach in small sheltered bay accessible by a good track.

Grigson Lookout
Situated on the coastal road between Jurien Bay and Green head and signposted. Views of the ocean or green rolling hills can be seen from this spot or take a walk amongst the native flora.

Canover Road
Leads to Munbinea Road. A 4WD track after rubbish tip turnoff. A diverse range of wildflowers and shrubs are to be found here.

Banovich Road
Winds through attractive hilly scenery towards Mt Lesueur National Park (4WD during winter).

Black Arrow Road
Track up to Mt. Benia, lovely picnic areas and spectacular views inland and to the coast.

Green Head
This small coastal town 32 kms from Jurien Bay is a diver’s delight with numerous reefs to explore or take a trip to see the seal colony at Fishermen’s Island.

Dynamite Bay & Pebble Beach
Two popular local swimming spots.

South Bay
White sandy beaches. Excellent spot for surfing, fishing or swimming. Has excellent boat ramp.

Pt. Louise and Billygoat Bay
A few kilometres north of Green Head. A great place for a stroll along the beach, a picnic, some snorkelling, surfing or boogie boarding. There are toilets and also a boat launching spot at Billygoat Bay.
