The business quickly outgrew these premises and relocated to a new office at 34A Bashford Street. Due to the continued growth in sales and property management, additional premises were acquired 2 doors away to accommodate the Property Management Department. The business currently employs 11 personnel, including an Office Manager, Senior Property Manager, Long Term Rental Property Manager, Holiday Accommodation Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager/Receptionist, Payroll/Accounts Officer, Sales Administrator and 4 Sales Consultants and is the largest Real Estate office between Perth and Geraldton. In July 2004 Jurien Bayview Realty joined the successful marketing group, the Professionals, and now commands the largest market share of Sales Listings, Property Management and Holiday Rentals in the Jurien Bay coastal region. The office services Jurien Bay, Green Head, Leeman, Cervantes, Eneabba and inland farming towns. Professionals Jurien Bayview Realty are the appointed LandCorp Agent for the previous mentioned towns and works closely with all Private Land Developers within the region. The next few years will be exciting times with the expected growth of Jurien Bay to the status of a Sub Regional Centre.
