The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars and boats. Each unit has 2 x bays for parking: this will give you parking for 2 x cars or 1 small boat and 1 x car. The unit may take a boat trailer to a maximum of 5 metres with a height restriction of 2 metres approx. Please note if your car, boat or trailer exceeds the boundary of the unit or you are parked on the common driveway or grassed area you will be asked to remove it immediately. Street parking is available on Heaton Street.
If you are in doubt, please ring our office before you book on 96522055. No Pets are allowed in the units or within the complex unless you are an owner with the Strata Managers approval. Jurien Bay now has a state of the art boat and storage facilities at the marina, please ring 96521511 for enquiries.
The common property area (ie pool, BBQ grassed areas) are for use of tenants staying at the complex.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties.
A guest registration form is required to be completed for all booking. The registration form requests details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card details. Our office will now require a photo copy of booking tenants credit card and a copy of drivers licence with photo ID. No credit/debit cards will be accepted as a bond. If credit card details cannot be supplied unfortunately bookings can not be accepted.
